An hour class designed to tone every inch of your body, especially the troublesome areas. Low impact exercise for all ages and abilities. Along with resistance bands and mat work I’ve also introduced Hula Hoops. In my experience, one of the best ways to lose those waistline inches. This class is an all over toning workshop.
